-ing ক্রিয়া যখন subject বা object হয়ে noun এর কাজ করে তখন তা gerund। আর যখন noun কে বিশেষিত করে, যেমন 'a singing parrot', তখন তা present participle। দেখতে এক, কাজ আলাদা।
