পারো শিক্ষার্থীদের শেখায় সাহায্য করে। তার জন্য যতটুকু তথ্য লাগে, ততটুকুই রাখি। তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপনে দিই না।Paaro helps students learn. We keep only the information that takes, never sell it and never use it for advertising.

১. কারা আমরা1. Who we are

পারো (paaro.net) পরিচালনা করে স্টুডিও ইমাজিন, ৮৩/বি সিদ্ধেশ্বরী সারকুলার রোড, মালিবাগ, ঢাকা ১২১৯। এই নীতিতে “আমরা” মানে পারো আর স্টুডিও ইমাজিন। গোপনীয়তা নিয়ে যেকোনো প্রশ্নে লিখুন: hello@paaro.net।Paaro (paaro.net) is operated by Studio Imagine, 83/B Shiddeshwari Circular Road, Malibag, Dhaka 1219. In this policy, "we" means Paaro and Studio Imagine. For any privacy question, write to hello@paaro.net.

এই নীতি মেনে চলে বাংলাদেশের ব্যক্তিগত উপাত্ত সুরক্ষা আইন (ব্যক্তিগত উপাত্ত সুরক্ষা অধ্যাদেশ ২০২৫ এবং তার পরের আইন), শিশু আইন ২০১৩, সাইবার সুরক্ষা অধ্যাদেশ ২০২৫ এবং তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি আইন ২০০৬।This policy follows Bangladesh's personal data protection law (the Personal Data Protection Ordinance 2025 and the law that followed it), the Children Act 2013, the Cyber Security Ordinance 2025 and the ICT Act 2006.

২. কী তথ্য রাখি2. What we keep

যা রাখি না: জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র বা জন্মনিবন্ধন নম্বর, আঙুলের ছাপ, মুখের ছবি, অবস্থান (লোকেশন), ফোনের কন্ট্যাক্ট লিস্ট।What we do not keep: national ID or birth registration numbers, fingerprints, face photos, location, phone contact lists.

৩. কেন রাখি3. Why we keep it

• কুইজ দেখানো, উত্তর মেলানো আর শিক্ষার্থী কোন ব্যান্ডে আছে তা দেখানো।To show quizzes, check answers and show which step a student is on.
• শিক্ষক, প্রধান শিক্ষক, অভিভাবক আর কর্মকর্তাকে যার যতটুকু দেখার অধিকার, ততটুকু দেখানো।To show teachers, head teachers, guardians and officials only what each is allowed to see.
• লগইন, OTP আর অভিভাবককে SMS পাঠানো।To handle logins, OTPs and SMS to guardians.
• প্রশ্নের মান যাচাই আর শিক্ষকের পয়েন্ট ও স্বীকৃতি হিসাব।To check question quality and count teachers' points and recognition.
• সেবা নিরাপদ রাখা, ভুল খোঁজা আর আইন মেনে চলা।To keep the service safe, fix faults and meet the law.

আইনি ভিত্তি: আপনার সম্মতি (১৮ বছরের কম হলে অভিভাবক বা স্কুলের সম্মতি), স্কুলের সাথে সেবার চুক্তি, আর আইনের বাধ্যবাধকতা। সম্মতি যেকোনো সময় তুলে নেওয়া যায়।Legal basis: your consent (a guardian's or the school's for anyone under 18), our service agreement with the school, and legal duties. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

৪. ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী শিক্ষার্থী4. Students under 18

• অ্যাকাউন্ট চালুর আগে অভিভাবকের সম্মতি লাগে: অভিভাবকের মোবাইলে ওটিপি দিয়ে, অথবা স্কুল অভিভাবকের সই করা সম্মতিপত্র নিয়ে পারোতে জমা দেয়।A guardian must consent before the account works: by OTP on the guardian's mobile, or through a signed consent form the school collects.
• পরিবারের ফোন: ছোট শিক্ষার্থীরা সাধারণত মা-বাবার ফোনে পারো চালায়। তখন অ্যাকাউন্টের মালিক অভিভাবক, তার ভেতরে সন্তানের প্রোফাইল, প্রতিটায় আলাদা চার অঙ্কের পিন। অভিভাবক ওটিপি দিয়ে একবার সম্মতি দেন।Family phone: younger students usually use a parent's phone. The guardian then owns the account, with each child as a profile inside it, each with its own 4-digit PIN. The guardian consents once, by OTP.
• শিক্ষার্থীকে কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানো হয় না। বিজ্ঞাপন বা মার্কেটিংয়ের জন্য প্রোফাইল বানানো হয় না, আচরণ ট্র্যাক করা হয় না।Students never see ads. No profiling or behaviour tracking for advertising or marketing.
• ব্যান্ড হলো শেখার জন্য পরামর্শ। এটা কোনো সরকারি ফল নয়। শিক্ষক চাইলে দেখে বদলাতে পারেন, আর কোনো বড় সিদ্ধান্ত শুধু এর ওপর নেওয়া হয় না।A step is learning feedback. It is not an official result. A teacher can review and change it, and no significant decision rests on it alone.
• অন্য স্কুলের কেউ শিক্ষার্থীর পোস্ট দেখলে শুধু নামের প্রথম অংশ আর শ্রেণি দেখে। ছবিতে মুখ থাকলে পোস্ট অনুমোদন হয় না।Outside the school, others see only a student's first name and class. Posts with faces in photos are not approved.
• শিক্ষার্থীর নোট আর কুইজ আগে তার বিষয় শিক্ষক দেখে অনুমোদন দেন। যেকোনো পোস্ট রিপোর্ট করা যায়।A student's notes and quizzes are checked by their subject teacher first. Any post can be reported.

আমরা কারও তথ্য বিক্রি বা ভাড়া দিই না। সেবা চালাতে কিছু প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাহায্য নিই। তারা আমাদের নির্দেশে, চুক্তি মেনে কাজ করে:We never sell or rent anyone's data. A few providers help run the service; they act on our instructions under contract:

বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী বৈধ লিখিত আদেশ পেলে তবেই কোনো সরকারি সংস্থাকে তথ্য দিই, আর যতটুকু আইন বলে ততটুকুই।We give information to a government body only on a valid written order under Bangladeshi law, and only what the law requires.

৭. তথ্য কোথায় থাকে7. Where data is stored

এখন তথ্য থাকে সিঙ্গাপুরের সার্ভারে। আসা-যাওয়ার পথে আর সংরক্ষণের সময় তথ্য এনক্রিপ্ট করা থাকে। আইন বা কর্তৃপক্ষ চাইলে তথ্য বাংলাদেশের সার্ভারে সরানো হবে। কোনো জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র বা বায়োমেট্রিক তথ্য আমরা রাখি না, তাই সংবেদনশীল তথ্য দেশের বাইরে যায় না।Data is stored on servers in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest. If the law or the authority requires, data will move to servers in Bangladesh. We keep no national ID or biometric data, so no sensitive identifiers leave the country.

৮. কত দিন রাখি8. How long we keep it

• অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত।For as long as the account is active.
• মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে যায়; ব্যাকআপ থেকে ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে।Deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, and from backups within 90 days.
• স্কুলের হাজিরা আর ফলের রেকর্ড স্কুলের নির্দেশে রাখা বা মোছা হয়।School attendance and result records are kept or deleted as the school instructs.
• অনুরোধের সঙ্গে দেওয়া কাগজপত্র (যেমন যোগদানপত্র) অনুরোধ বন্ধ হওয়ার ১৮০ দিন পরে মুছে যায়।Documents sent with a request (such as a joining letter) are deleted 180 days after the request is closed.
• নামহীন সংখ্যা (যেমন একটা উপজেলার গড়) রেখে দেওয়া হয়, তা থেকে কাউকে চেনা যায় না।Anonymous totals (such as an upazila average) are kept; no one can be identified from them.

অভিভাবক তাঁর সন্তানের হয়ে এসব অধিকার চাইতে পারেন। অনুরোধ পেলে ৭ কর্মদিবসে জানাই যে পেয়েছি, ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে কাজ শেষ করি। কীভাবে মুছবেন: paaro.net/delete-account।A guardian can use these rights for their child. We confirm a request within 7 working days and complete it within 30 days. How to delete: paaro.net/delete-account.

১০. নিরাপত্তা10. Security

• সব সংযোগ HTTPS; তথ্য এনক্রিপ্ট করা থাকে।All connections use HTTPS; data is encrypted.
• পিন আর পাসওয়ার্ড কখনো খোলা অবস্থায় রাখা হয় না।PINs and passwords are never stored in readable form.
• পাঁচবার ভুল পিনে অ্যাকাউন্ট ১৫ মিনিট বন্ধ থাকে; OTP-র সংখ্যা সীমিত।Five wrong PINs lock the account for 15 minutes; OTPs are rate-limited.
• পারো টিমের অ্যাডমিন লগইনে দুই ধাপের যাচাই; প্রতিটা কাজ লগে থাকে।Paaro team admin logins use two-step verification; every action is logged.
• প্রতিদিন ব্যাকআপ।Daily backups.

১১. কুকি11. Cookies

শুধু দরকারি কুকি ব্যবহার করি: লগইন ধরে রাখা, ভাষা মনে রাখা, আর অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তার জন্য ডিভাইস চেনা। বিজ্ঞাপনের কুকি বা বাইরের ট্র্যাকার নেই। কোন পাতা কতবার দেখা হলো, কোথা থেকে লোকে এলো, কোন ডিভাইসে, তা আমরা নিজেদের সার্ভারে গুনি, কুকি ছাড়া। আইপি ঠিকানা রাখা হয় না; একজন ভিজিটরকে একদিনের জন্য চেনা যায় এমন একটা সংকেত তৈরি হয়, যা পরদিন আর মেলানো যায় না। ব্রাউজারে Do Not Track বা Global Privacy Control চালু থাকলে সেটুকুও তৈরি হয় না। এতে কারও ব্যক্তিগত প্রোফাইল হয় না, আর ৯০ দিন পর মুছে যায়।We use only essential cookies: keeping you logged in, remembering your language, and recognising a device for account security. No advertising cookies or outside trackers. We count page views, where visitors came from and which devices they use on our own server, without cookies. IP addresses are not stored; a visitor gets a one-day code that cannot be matched to the next day, and none at all when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. This builds no personal profiles, and the counts are deleted after 90 days.

১২. তথ্য ফাঁস হলে12. If there is a data breach

কোনো তথ্য ফাঁস হলে আইন অনুযায়ী দ্রুত জাতীয় উপাত্ত কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাব। যাঁদের ক্ষতির ঝুঁকি আছে, তাঁদেরও জানাব, কী হয়েছে আর কী করছি।If a breach happens, we will promptly notify the national data authority as the law requires, and tell the people at risk what happened and what we are doing.

১৩. পরিবর্তন13. Changes

বড় কোনো পরিবর্তনের অন্তত ৬০ দিন আগে ওয়েবসাইটে আর অ্যাপে জানাব। প্রতিটা সংস্করণ এই পাতায় থাকবে।We will announce any significant change on the website and in the app at least 60 days ahead. Every version stays on this page.
