পারো ব্যবহার করলে এই শর্তগুলো মেনে চলতে হয়। সহজ ভাষায় লিখেছি, যাতে শিক্ষার্থী, অভিভাবক আর শিক্ষক সবাই বুঝতে পারেন।Using Paaro means agreeing to these terms. We wrote them in plain language so students, guardians and teachers can all follow them.

১. এই শর্ত কার জন্য1. Who these terms are for

paaro.net ওয়েবসাইট, পারো অ্যাপ আর পাঠসাথী (একই লগইনে চলা ক্লাস ব্যবস্থাপনা) ব্যবহারের জন্য এই শর্ত। পরিচালনা করে স্টুডিও ইমাজিন, ৮৩/বি সিদ্ধেশ্বরী সারকুলার রোড, মালিবাগ, ঢাকা ১২১৯। এখানে “আমরা” মানে পারো আর স্টুডিও ইমাজিন, “আপনি” মানে যিনি পারো ব্যবহার করছেন।These terms cover the paaro.net website, the Paaro app and Pathshathi (the classroom tools that use the same login). They are operated by Studio Imagine, 83/B Shiddeshwari Circular Road, Malibag, Dhaka 1219. "We" means Paaro and Studio Imagine; "you" means anyone using Paaro.

২. কারা ব্যবহার করতে পারেন2. Who can use Paaro

• শিক্ষার্থী: যেকোনো বয়সের। ১৮ বছরের কম হলে অভিভাবকের সম্মতি লাগে, অথবা স্কুল অভিভাবকের লিখিত সম্মতি নিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলে।Students of any age. Under 18, a guardian must consent, or the school opens the account after collecting the guardian’s written consent.
• অভিভাবক: নিজের সন্তানের অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে যুক্ত হতে পারেন, সন্তানের অগ্রগতি দেখতে পারেন।Guardians can link to their own child’s account and follow the child’s progress.
• শিক্ষক আর প্রধান শিক্ষক: যে প্রতিষ্ঠানে কাজ করেন, শুধু সেখানকার অ্যাকাউন্ট।Teachers and head teachers: only for the institution where they work.
• শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তা: নিজের পদ আর এলাকার অ্যাকাউন্ট। পদ বদলালে অ্যাকাউন্ট উত্তরসূরির কাছে যায়।Education officers: an account for their own post and area. When the post changes hands, the account passes to the successor.

৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট আর লগইন3. Accounts and login

• একজন মানুষ, একটা অ্যাকাউন্ট। অন্যের নামে অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা যাবে না।One person, one account. Do not open an account in someone else’s name.
• পিন, পাসওয়ার্ড আর ওটিপি কাউকে বলবেন না। কেউ জেনে গেছে মনে হলে সাথে সাথে বদলান আর আমাদের জানান।Never share your PIN, password or OTP. If you think someone knows it, change it at once and tell us.
• তথ্য সঠিক রাখুন: নাম, ক্লাস, রোল, ফোন নম্বর। ভুল থাকলে নিজে ঠিক করুন বা স্কুলকে বলুন।Keep your details correct: name, class, roll, phone. Fix mistakes yourself or ask your school.
• শিক্ষার্থীর অ্যাকাউন্ট সাধারণত স্কুল খোলে। স্কুল বদলালে নতুন স্কুল অ্যাকাউন্ট নিজের কাছে নিতে পারে, পুরোনো ফল শিক্ষার্থীর সাথেই থাকে।Student accounts are usually opened by the school. When a student changes school, the new school can take over the account and past results move with the student.

৪. পারো কী, আর কী না4. What Paaro is for

পারো ছোট কুইজ দিয়ে দেখায় একজন শিক্ষার্থী কতটুকু পারছে, কোন ব্যান্ডে আছে, আর কোথায় ঘাটতি। এটা শেখার সাহায্যের জন্য।Paaro uses short quizzes to show how much a student can do, which step they are on, and where the gaps are. It is there to help learning.

• ব্যান্ড একটা দিকনির্দেশনা। শিক্ষক চাইলে বদলাতে পারেন। এটা স্কুলের পরীক্ষা, পাবলিক পরীক্ষা বা ভর্তির সিদ্ধান্তের জায়গা নেয় না।A band is guidance, and a teacher can change it. It does not replace school exams, public exams or admission decisions.
• শুধু পারোর ফলের ভিত্তিতে কোনো শিক্ষার্থীকে শাস্তি দেওয়া, পরের ক্লাসে উঠতে না দেওয়া বা বাদ দেওয়া যাবে না।No student may be punished, held back or excluded on the basis of Paaro results alone.
• শিক্ষকের কাজের মূল্যায়নে পারোর সংখ্যা একমাত্র ভিত্তি হবে না। সংখ্যা শুধু আলাপ শুরু করে।Paaro numbers are never the only basis for judging a teacher’s work. They are a starting point for a conversation.

৫. খরচ5. Cost

শিক্ষার্থী আর শিক্ষকের জন্য পারো শুরু করা ফ্রি। কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠান বা কর্মসূচির জন্য বাড়তি সেবা (যেমন ছাপানো প্রশ্নসেট, এসএমএস, বড় রিপোর্ট) দিলে দাম আগে লিখিতভাবে জানাব। শিক্ষার্থী বা অভিভাবকের কাছ থেকে তাঁদের স্পষ্ট সম্মতি ছাড়া কখনো টাকা নেওয়া হবে না।Paaro is free to start for students and teachers. If we offer extra services to an institution or programme (such as printed question sets, SMS or large reports), we will give the price in writing first. No money is ever taken from a student or guardian without their clear consent.

৬. যা করা যাবে না6. What you must not do

• অন্যের হয়ে কুইজ দেওয়া, বা অন্যের অ্যাকাউন্টে ঢোকাTake quizzes for someone else, or get into someone else’s account
• অন্যের নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ছবি বা ফল তাঁর অনুমতি ছাড়া ছড়ানোShare another person’s name, phone number, photo or results without their permission
• অপমানজনক, ভয় দেখানো, ঘৃণা ছড়ানো, অশ্লীল বা বয়সের অনুপযোগী কিছু লেখাPost anything insulting, threatening, hateful, obscene or unsuitable for children
• অন্যের লেখা নিজের নামে জমা দেওয়াSubmit someone else’s work under your own name
• স্বয়ংক্রিয় টুল দিয়ে প্রশ্নভান্ডার বা তথ্য বের করে নেওয়া, বা পারো নকল করে অন্য সেবা বানানোPull out the question bank or data with automated tools, or copy Paaro to build another service
• পারোর নিরাপত্তা ভাঙার চেষ্টা, ভাইরাস ছড়ানো, বা সেবা বন্ধ করার চেষ্টাTry to break Paaro’s security, spread malware, or disrupt the service
• বিজ্ঞাপন, রাজনৈতিক প্রচার বা ব্যবসার প্রচার পোস্ট করাPost adverts, political campaigning or business promotion

নিরাপত্তার কোনো দুর্বলতা খুঁজে পেলে hello@paaro.net এ জানান (বিষয়ে লিখুন “Security”)। সৎ উদ্দেশ্যে জানালে আমরা ধন্যবাদ জানাই, ব্যবস্থা নিই না।If you find a security weakness, tell us at hello@paaro.net (subject "Security"). We thank people who report in good faith and take no action against them.

৭. আপনার লেখা প্রশ্ন, নোট আর কুইজ7. Questions, notes and quizzes you write

• আপনার লেখার মালিক আপনি।You own what you write.
• জমা দিলে পারোকে অনুমতি দেন: লেখাটা পারোতে দেখানো, কুইজে ব্যবহার করা, ভাষা বা বানান ঠিক করা, আর শিক্ষা কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে শিক্ষার কাজে ভাগ করা। এই অনুমতি বিনামূল্যে, এবং আপনি অন্য কোথাও লেখাটা ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।When you submit, you let Paaro show it, use it in quizzes, fix its language or spelling, and share it with education authorities for educational use. This permission is free of charge, and you remain free to use your work anywhere else.
• প্রতিটা প্রশ্ন আর নোটে লেখকের নাম আর স্কুল দেখানো হয়। নাম লুকাতে চাইলে সেটিংসে বেছে নিন।Every question and note shows the author’s name and school. You can choose to hide your name in settings.
• পারো যাচাই: প্রতিটা প্রশ্ন বইয়ের পাতা মিলিয়ে দুই স্কুলের দুজন শিক্ষক যাচাই করেন। শিক্ষার্থীর লেখা আগে তার নিজের বিষয় শিক্ষক দেখেন।Paaro Jachai: two teachers from two schools check every question against the book page. A student’s work is first checked by their own subject teacher.
• লেখা তুলে নিতে চাইলে নতুন কুইজে আর আসবে না। আগের কুইজের ফল নামহীনভাবে থেকে যায়, যাতে শিক্ষার্থীর রেকর্ড নষ্ট না হয়।If you withdraw your work, it stops appearing in new quizzes. Results from earlier quizzes stay, without your name, so students’ records are not lost.
• অন্যের কপিরাইট ভাঙে এমন কিছু জমা দেবেন না। বইয়ের লম্বা অংশ হুবহু তুলে দেবেন না।Do not submit anything that breaks someone else’s copyright, and do not copy long passages from books word for word.

৮. পারোর নিজস্ব কনটেন্ট8. Paaro’s own content

পারোর প্রশ্ন জাতীয় শিক্ষাক্রম ও পাঠ্যপুস্তক বোর্ডের (এনসিটিবি) পাঠ্যবই ধরে বানানো, প্রতিটায় বইয়ের পাতা উল্লেখ থাকে। পাঠ্যবইয়ের স্বত্ব এনসিটিবির। পারোর সফটওয়্যার, নকশা, নাম আর লোগো স্টুডিও ইমাজিনের। প্রশ্নের স্বত্ব লেখক শিক্ষকের, আর পারো সেটা ব্যবহারের অনুমতি পায় (৭ নম্বর অংশ দেখুন)।Paaro questions follow the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) textbooks, and each one cites the book page. Textbook copyright belongs to NCTB. Paaro’s software, design, name and logo belong to Studio Imagine. Each question belongs to the teacher who wrote it, and Paaro has permission to use it (see section 7).

ক্লাসে পড়ানো, নিজে অনুশীলন করা আর স্কুলে ছাপিয়ে কুইজ নেওয়ার জন্য পারোর প্রশ্ন ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। বিক্রি করা বা অন্য সেবায় তুলে দেওয়া যাবে না।You may use Paaro questions for teaching, self-practice and printed quizzes in your school. You may not sell them or load them into another service.

৯. শিক্ষক আর স্কুলের দায়িত্ব9. Responsibilities of teachers and schools

• শুধু নিজের স্কুলের শিক্ষার্থী যোগ করবেন।Add only students of your own school.
• ১৮ বছরের কম শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য অভিভাবকের সম্মতি নেবেন (ওটিপি বা পারোর সম্মতিপত্র) এবং সম্মতিপত্র স্কুলে রাখবেন।For students under 18, collect guardian consent (by OTP or Paaro’s consent form) and keep the signed form at school.
• হাজিরা, বসার ছক আর ফল স্কুলের রেকর্ড। সঠিক রাখা স্কুলের দায়িত্ব।Attendance, seat maps and results are school records. Keeping them correct is the school’s responsibility.
• শিক্ষার্থী স্কুল ছাড়লে তাকে ক্লাস থেকে সরিয়ে দিন, যাতে নতুন স্কুল অ্যাকাউন্ট নিতে পারে।When a student leaves, remove them from your class so the new school can take over the account.
• শিক্ষার্থীর তথ্য স্ক্রিনশট নিয়ে সামাজিক মাধ্যমে দেবেন না।Do not post screenshots of student data on social media.

১০. অভিযোগ, সরানো আর অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত10. Reports, removal and suspension

যেকোনো প্রশ্ন, নোট বা মন্তব্যের পাশে “জানান” বোতাম আছে। শিশুর নিরাপত্তা নিয়ে অভিযোগ আমরা সবার আগে দেখি। শর্ত ভাঙলে লেখা সরিয়ে দিতে পারি, আর বড় বা বারবার ভাঙলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করতে পারি। সম্ভব হলে আগে জানাব আর কারণ বলব। ভুল মনে হলে hello@paaro.net এ আপত্তি জানাতে পারেন।Every question, note and comment has a "Report" button. Reports about children’s safety are handled first. If the terms are broken we may remove content, and for serious or repeated breaches we may suspend the account. Where possible we will tell you first and give the reason. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal at hello@paaro.net.

১১. সেবা চালু থাকা11. Keeping the service running

পারো সবসময় চালু রাখার চেষ্টা করি। নেট না থাকলেও কুইজ চলে, পরে তথ্য পাঠায়। তবু রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, নেটওয়ার্ক বা অন্য কারণে মাঝে মাঝে বন্ধ থাকতে পারে। পরিকল্পিত বন্ধের কথা আগে জানাই। কোনো ফিচার বদলালে বা বন্ধ করলে যুক্তিসংগত সময় আগে জানাব, আর আপনার তথ্য ডাউনলোডের সুযোগ দেব।We work to keep Paaro running. Quizzes work without internet and sync later. Even so, it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, networks or other causes. We announce planned downtime in advance. If we change or retire a feature, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to download your data.

১২. দায়ের সীমা12. Limits of liability

বাংলাদেশের আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, ততটুকু পর্যন্ত পারো “যেমন আছে” সেভাবে দেওয়া হয়। পারোর ফলের ওপর ভিত্তি করে নেওয়া সিদ্ধান্তের পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির দায় আমরা নিই না। তবে আমাদের অবহেলায় তথ্য ফাঁস বা আইন যেখানে দায় সীমিত করতে দেয় না, সেখানে এই অংশ আপনার অধিকার কমায় না।To the extent Bangladesh law allows, Paaro is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses from decisions based on Paaro results. This section does not reduce your rights where a data breach is caused by our negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

১৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ বা মুছে ফেলা13. Closing or deleting an account

যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ বা মুছে ফেলতে পারেন: অ্যাপে সেটিংস › অ্যাকাউন্ট, অথবা paaro.net/delete-account পাতায়। ১৮ বছরের কম শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য অভিভাবক বা স্কুল অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। বিস্তারিত সেই পাতায় আছে।You can close or delete your account at any time: in the app under Settings › Account, or at paaro.net/delete-account. For a student under 18, a guardian or the school can make the request. Details are on that page.

১৪. শর্তের পরিবর্তন14. Changes to these terms

বড় পরিবর্তনের অন্তত ৬০ দিন আগে ওয়েবসাইট আর অ্যাপে জানাব। নতুন শর্ত মানতে না চাইলে কার্যকর হওয়ার আগে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারেন।We will announce significant changes on the website and in the app at least 60 days ahead. If you do not accept the new terms, you can delete your account before they take effect.

১৫. আইন আর বিরোধ15. Law and disputes

এই শর্ত বাংলাদেশের আইনে চলে। কোনো সমস্যা হলে আগে hello@paaro.net এ লিখুন, ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করব। না মিটলে ঢাকার উপযুক্ত আদালতে যাওয়া যাবে।These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh. If something goes wrong, please write to hello@paaro.net first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If it is not resolved, the competent courts of Dhaka will have jurisdiction.
