ক্যাপিটাল লেটার ব্যবহারকে বলে capitalization: বাক্যের শুরু, উদ্ধৃত বাক্য, proper noun, নামের আগের পদবি, সরকারি উঁচু পদ, I এবং বই বা গানের নামের মূল শব্দ বড় হাতের অক্ষরে শুরু হয়। পাংচুয়েশন চিহ্ন লেখা বুঝতে সাহায্য করে; এখানে apostrophe, full stop, question mark, exclamation, comma, colon, semicolon আর quotation mark এর নিয়ম আছে।
