৩. তথ্য কোথায় থাকে3. Where data is kept

এখন তথ্য থাকে সিঙ্গাপুরের ডেটা সেন্টারে (সুপাবেস), রাখা আর পাঠানো দুই অবস্থাতেই এনক্রিপ্ট করা। আইনে বা কর্তৃপক্ষের চুক্তিতে বাংলাদেশে রাখা দরকার হলে দেশের ডেটা সেন্টারে সরিয়ে নিতে আমরা প্রস্তুত। কর্তৃপক্ষ চাইলে তাঁদের এলাকার সব নামহীন তথ্য যেকোনো সময় রপ্তানি করে দিই।Data is currently held in a data centre in Singapore (Supabase), encrypted at rest and in transit. If the law or an agreement with the authority requires data to stay in Bangladesh, we are ready to move it to a data centre in the country. On request we export all anonymised data for an authority’s area at any time.

৪. কোন পর্যায়ে কী দেখা যায়4. What each level can see

খুব ছোট দলের (৫ জনের কম) সংখ্যা ওপরের পর্যায়ে দেখানো হয় না, যাতে কাউকে চেনা না যায়।Numbers for very small groups (fewer than 5 students) are not shown at higher levels, so no one can be identified.

৫. শিশুর নিরাপত্তা5. Child safety

• শিক্ষার্থীরা একে অন্যকে ব্যক্তিগত বার্তা পাঠাতে পারে না।Students cannot send private messages to each other.
• শিক্ষার্থীর লেখা নোট আর কুইজ আগে তার নিজের বিষয় শিক্ষক দেখেন, তারপর অন্যরা।Students’ notes and quizzes are seen by their own subject teacher first, and only then by others.
• স্কুলের বাইরে শিক্ষার্থীর শুধু প্রথম নাম আর ক্লাস দেখা যায়।Outside the school, only a student’s first name and class are shown.
• “জানান” বোতামে আসা শিশুর নিরাপত্তার অভিযোগ দুই কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে দেখা হয়, দরকারে কনটেন্ট সাথে সাথে লুকানো হয়।Child-safety reports from the "Report" button are reviewed within 2 business days, and content is hidden at once when needed.
• ব্যান্ড একটা দিকনির্দেশনা, শিক্ষক বদলাতে পারেন। কোনো শিক্ষার্থী সম্পর্কে স্বয়ংক্রিয় সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয় না।A band is guidance and a teacher can change it. No automated decisions are made about any student.

৬. নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা6. Security measures

লগইন শুধু প্রমাণ করে আপনি কে। ভূমিকা (শিক্ষক, প্রধান শিক্ষক, কর্মকর্তা) কেউ নিজে বেছে নিতে পারেন না, এক ধাপ ওপরের কেউ অনুমোদন দেন: কর্তৃপক্ষের দাপ্তরিক তালিকা থেকে কর্মকর্তা, উপজেলা থেকে প্রধান শিক্ষক, প্রধান শিক্ষক থেকে শিক্ষক। কর্মকর্তার অ্যাকাউন্ট পদের সাথে বাঁধা, ওটিপি যায় দাপ্তরিক মোবাইলে। অনুমোদনের আগে শুধু ডেমো তথ্য দেখা যায়।Logging in only proves who you are. Nobody picks their own role (teacher, head teacher, officer); someone one level up approves it: officers from the authority's official list, head teachers by the upazila, teachers by the head teacher. Officer accounts are tied to the post, and the OTP goes to the official mobile. Until approved, only demo data is visible.

• রাখা আর পাঠানো তথ্য এনক্রিপ্ট করা (টিএলএস)।Data encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS).
• ডাটাবেসের প্রতিটা সারিতে ভূমিকাভিত্তিক প্রবেশাধিকার: কেউ নিজের এলাকার বাইরের তথ্য পান না।Role-based access on every database row: nobody gets data outside their own area.
• কর্মকর্তা আর প্রধান শিক্ষকের লগইনে ওটিপি।OTP on officer and head-teacher logins.
• কে কখন কী দেখলেন বা বদলালেন, তার লগ।A log of who viewed or changed what, and when.
• নিয়মিত ব্যাকআপ, আর বছরে অন্তত একবার নিরাপত্তা পর্যালোচনা।Regular backups, and a security review at least once a year.

৭. প্রশ্নের মান7. Question quality

প্রতিটা প্রশ্ন এনসিটিবি পাঠ্যবইয়ের নির্দিষ্ট অধ্যায় আর পাতার সাথে যুক্ত। পারো যাচাইয়ে দুই স্কুলের দুজন শিক্ষক বইয়ের পাতা মিলিয়ে প্রশ্ন পাস করেন। ভুল ধরা পড়লে প্রশ্ন সাথে সাথে সরানো হয়, আর যেসব কুইজে ছিল সেগুলোর ফল ঠিক করা হয়।Every question is linked to a specific chapter and page of an NCTB textbook. In Paaro Jachai, two teachers from two schools pass each question after checking the book page. If an error is found, the question is withdrawn at once and results from affected quizzes are corrected.

৮. কর্তৃপক্ষ কীভাবে অনুরোধ পাঠাবেন8. How authorities can send requests

• দাপ্তরিক প্যাডে সই করা চিঠি hello@paaro.net এ পাঠান, বিষয়ে “Official request”। অনুরোধকারী কর্মকর্তার নাম, পদ আর আইনের ধারা উল্লেখ করুন।Send a signed letter on official letterhead to hello@paaro.net with the subject "Official request", naming the requesting officer, their post and the legal provision.
• আমরা অফিসের নম্বরে ফোন করে অনুরোধ যাচাই করি।We verify the request by calling the office’s official number.
• শুধু যতটুকু তথ্য আইনে চাওয়া হয়েছে, ততটুকুই দিই।We provide only the data the law requires.
• আইনে নিষেধ না থাকলে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারীকে জানাই।We tell the affected user unless the law forbids it.
• জরুরি শিশু নিরাপত্তার বিষয়ে একই ঠিকানায় লিখুন, বিষয়ে “Urgent”। আমরা সবার আগে সাড়া দিই।For urgent child-safety matters, write to the same address with the subject "Urgent". These get the fastest response.
