Your name, phone and email are deleted. | কর্মকর্তার অ্যাকাউন্টে শিক্ষার্থীর নাম থাকে না, শুধু সংখ্যা।Officer accounts hold no student names, only numbers. |
৩. মুছে ফেললে কী হয়3. What deletion does
- সাথে সাথে: লগইন বন্ধ, প্রোফাইল লুকানো, আর কোনো এসএমএস যায় না।At once: login stops, the profile is hidden, and no more SMS are sent.
- ৩০ দিন: মন বদলালে একই ফোন নম্বরে লগইন করলেই সব ফিরে আসে।For 30 days: change your mind by logging in with the same phone number, and everything comes back.
- ৩০ দিন পরে: নাম, ফোন, ফল, ব্যান্ড, নোট সব মুছে যায়।After 30 days: name, phone, results, band and notes are all deleted.
- ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে: ব্যাকআপ থেকেও মুছে যায়।Within 90 days: removed from backups too.
৪. যা থেকে যায়, আর কেন4. What stays, and why
- নামহীন সংখ্যা, যেমন একটা ক্লাস বা উপজেলার গড়। এখান থেকে কাউকে চেনা যায় না।Anonymous totals, such as a class or upazila average. No one can be identified from them.
- স্কুলের হাজিরা রেজিস্টার আর ফলের রেকর্ড, যতদিন স্কুল রাখে। এগুলো স্কুলের দাপ্তরিক রেকর্ড।The school’s attendance register and result records, for as long as the school keeps them. These are the school’s official records.
- সম্মতি আর মোছার অনুরোধের প্রমাণ (কবে, কে নিশ্চিত করলেন), আইন যতদিন চায়। এতে কুইজের ফল বা নোট থাকে না।Proof of consent and of the deletion request (when, and who confirmed), for as long as the law requires. It holds no results or notes.
- আইনি তদন্ত চললে সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য, শুধু সেই তদন্ত শেষ হওয়া পর্যন্ত।If a lawful investigation is under way, the related data, only until it ends.
৫. অ্যাপ বা ইন্টারনেট ছাড়া5. Without the app or internet
- hello@paaro.net এ লিখুন, বিষয়ে “Delete account”। নিবন্ধিত ফোন নম্বর আর স্কুলের নাম দিন। আমরা সেই নম্বরে ফোন বা ওটিপি দিয়ে যাচাই করব।Write to hello@paaro.net with the subject "Delete account". Give the registered phone number and school name. We will verify by calling or sending an OTP to that number.
- স্কুলে প্রধান শিক্ষককে বলুন। তিনি পারো থেকে অনুরোধ পাঠান।Ask the head teacher at school. They send the request through Paaro.
অনুরোধ পেলে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে জানাব, আর ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে কাজ শেষ করব। কেউ অন্যের অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে না পারে, তাই সবসময় নিবন্ধিত ফোনে যাচাই করি।We acknowledge every request within 7 working days and finish within 30 days. We always verify through the registered phone, so nobody can delete someone else’s account.
